1. Where do you deliver?
We are currently offering delivery through out the GTA. Deliveries will be made on Tuesday and Thursday of each week with a Week 1 and Week 2 schedule.
2. When will I get my order?
You will receive your order between 10am and 2pm on the specified delivery date
3. How does my order get delivered?
Orders are delivered by our team of trusted drivers who hand deliver your order right to your door! Orders are kept in coolers in the vehicles to ensure quality is never compromised. Special instructions for delivery may be left at checkout if required.
4. How long do the cheeses last?
Because we don't use any additives or preservatives, we recommend enjoying our cheese as soon as possible.
Burrata- 14 days
Stracciatella- 7 days
Fior di Latte and Nodini- Up to three weeks if you are swapping out the water each day.
***Remember these are best before dates. Depending on the temperature of your fridge, the cheese can last longer5. What is Stracciatella?
Stracciatella is the filling we use inside our Burratas. It is a blend of our handmade mozzarella and heavy cream. It is available for purchase here.

Yes, all our cheeses are pasteurized.

7. How are the cheeses seasoned?
All our cheeses are lightly seasoned with salt in order to allow versatility in use. Salt can be added to taste when consuming without comprising the quality of the cheeses.
8. Can I order in bulk?
We're happy to accommodate bulk orders of any product. We require a few days notice.
