1. Where do you deliver?
We are currently offering delivery to the following locations in the Greater Toronto Area:
Toronto, Markham, North York, Scarborough, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Kleinburg, Woodbridge, Etobicoke, Mississauga, and Brampton. To see if your address is eligible for deliver, please proceed to checkout. You will be prompted to provide your postal code. 

2. When will I get my order?
Orders placed by Thursday at 23:59PM will be delivered weekly on Saturdays between 8AM and 3PM. While we'd like to accommodate all requests for specific times, our delivery routes are based on the orders that we receive for that week. Notes for specific times may be left at checkout, however at this time we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.

3. How does my order get delivered?
Orders are delivered by our team of trusted drivers who hand deliver your order right to your door! Orders are kept in cool vehicles to ensure quality is never compromised. Special instructions for delivery may be left at checkout if required. 

4. How long do the cheeses last?
Because we don't use any additives or preservatives, we recommend consuming all cheeses within 2-3 days of delivery, however they can last up to a week. We recommend switching out the water with fresh cold water every 2-3 days. 

5. What is stracciatella?
Stracciatella is the filling we use inside our burratas. It is a blend of our handmade mozzarella and cream. It is available for purchase here

6. Is the cheese pasteurized?
Yes, all our cheeses are pasteurized.

7. How are the cheeses seasoned?
All our cheeses are lightly seasoned with salt in order to allow versatility in use. Salt can be added to taste when consuming without comprising the quality of the cheeses.

8. Can I order in bulk?
We're happy to accommodate bulk orders of any product, but ask for three weeks notice.
